2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Bank Deposits for online orders. For offline orders, please contact us to discuss alternative payment methods.
3. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia.
4. How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are $25 for standard items. For large or bulky items, please reach out to us for estimated shipping costs.
5. When will I receive my order? We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
6. What is your returns policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) in unused condition, with their original packaging and proof of purchase, for a refund or exchange.
